Mervyn Chen

Mervyn Chen has approached his successful career in the property industry with enthusiasm and enjoys working within dynamic fast-paced environments. Previously, Mervyn worked in advertising for five years and has QUT university qualifications in both journalism and public relations.

Mervyn brings with him likability and is considered very down to earth. His skills encouraged from growing up in a multi-cultural country like Singapore include fluently speaking five different languages allowing him to stand out in a very competitive market.

He was presented with the Ray White Rising Star award in 2012, further cementing his commitment as an outstanding agent and rise within the industry.

Mervyn has spent time in the army and this has instilled discipline in the way he goes about organising and managing his clients. He will go out of his way to assist clients in all aspects of their lives and many have commented positively on his manner.

His business acumen is commendable having spent time in media sales and is very opportunistic when he senses there is a business deal to be made. He considers his business partners as friends and is working his way to the top with the help of his clients.

Katie Turner

Kaitlyn has served as both a sales associate and a sales/rental administrator for the past two years. Before discovering her passion for real estate Kaitlyn managed the Online Department at Woolworths during the height of the pandemic. However, her love for customer service and her drive to go beyond for her clients led her to the exciting world of real estate and to joining the team here at Plum Property.

Born and raised here in sunny Brissy, she spends her free time indulging in her passions for DJing, dining out, travelling, and gaming. In addition to holding a Cert IV in Property Services, Kaitlyn is known for her optimistic, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.

Will Collins

Meet Will Collins, a highly creative in-house videographer with 9 years of experience in short form content creation for brands and individuals. Will’s passion for videography led him to his current role at Plum, where he enjoys the flexibility and variety of his work.

A Brisbane native, Will knows how to show this region in the best light in a way others wouldn’t understand. His hobbies include growing basil for the best pizzas and pasta possible and rock climbing (talk about finding the right angle!). He holds a degree from Griffith Film School and started his own production business, Stank, before coming to work with Plum.

Robyn Togo

Robyn grew up in Victoria and is a highly driven sales professional, reliable, honest and committed to exceeding her clients’ needs and expectations. Having already gained three years of experience in real estate, her resume also includes extensive experience in client servicing and relationship building that she has built up from working across the globe, in industries such as banking, recruitment and, of course, real estate. Real Estate was a natural progression for Robyn, who believes in professionalism and commitment to excellence in service.
In her free time, you are likely to find her enjoying golf or travelling.
